so its been quite awhile! this summer has been crazy and has come to an end! it consisted of working, working, playing, and going to see my nephew-which was pretty much the highlight of my summer! now its school time and its getting to the point where I'm slacking off! ha ha no bueno I know! I joined a sorority- Lamba Delta Sigma and my chapter is Theta! I am loving it!! that is pretty much my social life since I work and then go to school! but never the less I am loving life right now! I am slowly starting to realize the reasons of why staying home was the right option even though it was kind of forced and I didnt want too. I am learnin so much about myself and how the Lord works. yes I heard it all the time and still do that the Lord works on his time but I didnt think it applied to me! little did I know I was wrong-- oh so wrong!! the Lord has a plan for me and I need to be more willing to let this plan happen instead of saying to him I have my own plan and its whats gonna work for me. I guess I need to realize the bigger picture! granted I still have my days where I am down in the dumps and just wished it worked out my way but then I just look around me and see the beauty that is there. I get to be with my family, I get to be more involved, and I get more freedom. So I guess its Lord 5 billion- Megan 0! Im trying to get better about updating this thing even if it happens to be something totally random but hey its my "journal" and im a random person so it will fit me perfectly! =D well until next time!
